What's the process to start Snowbird Services?

We learn what services you need. We have a comprehensive list of common items we monitor. Based on your preferances we can customize a plan that’s tailored to you, and your property.

How often do you check on my home? What if I need you to come outside my scheduled visits?

You choose the frequency, weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.

If you require additional visits, outside of your schedule, we can do that too (for an additional fee).

What if I require specialty services like a plumber or yard maintenance?

We have a list of preferred service providers. We can schedule and monitor service techs while at your home. We also ensure that services are completed to your satisfaction.

Where do you market my rental?

We market your rental on over a thousand platforms, including Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, and Truila. We also market to our social media platforms and to our company website.

What do you do to rent my property to a qualified tenant?

Each applicant is screened for employment and income verification, criminal background, credit, and rental history checks. We also require tenants income to be a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent.

How do my tenants pay and I get paid?

We use an online account systems for tenants to pay rent. Tenants can set reoccurring payments to insure timely payment. Landlords are paid mid-month after management fees are collected. We offer Zelle payments or you can choose other ways you would like receive your payment.
